As part of their community outreach program, ALO enters a float each year in the Ship Bottom Christmas Parade. This year's entry, "All I want for Christmas is a Nice Clean Beach" won, first prize for non-profit organizations. Once again Don Southwick came up with a great design for the float. The message to everyone was to help keep our ocean and its wildlife healthy in 2001.
